12-Month Fixed Term Contract $170,000 – $180,000 + Super Parramatta CBD | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) Lead a high-performing TA team in a purpose-driven organisation Be Recruitment is partnering with one of our highly respected Not-for-Profit clients to appoint an exceptional Talent Acquisition Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a key leadership role guiding a capable, motivated Talent Acquisition team and driving recruitment strategy for a large, mission-led organisation supporting communities across the state. The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of People Services, you will take the lead on full-cycle recruitment and workforce attraction activities across the organisation. You’ll oversee a small, competent TA team, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and ensure the organisation continues to attract high-quality talent aligned to its values and service mission. This role blends strategic direction, operational oversight, and continuous improvement—ideal for a people-focused leader who enjoys both big-picture planning and hands-on delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. Oversee end-to-end recruitment across multiple service streams. Strengthen recruitment systems, tools, processes, and candidate experience. Develop sourcing, branding, and talent attraction strategies. Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment guidance. Manage internal movements and student placement programs. Provide recruitment analytics, reporting, and insights to People & Culture leadership. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals across the organisation. Ensure recruitment practices align with organisational values and industry best practice. About You You are an experienced recruitment leader with a collaborative, people-centred approach and the ability to influence at all levels. 8+ years’ experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years leading a team. Strong capability in strategy, systems, process improvement, and workforce insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of recruitment best practice, HR policy, and workforce trends. A commitment to inclusive hiring and a passion for purpose-driven work. Why This Role?
