Overview TK Elevator are a global company that has become one of the most successful manufacturers of Lifts, Escalators and Moving Walks. Servicing both the commercial and residential markets, our organisation continues to forge its way to becoming the market leader. We currently have a permanent full-time National Response Centre Operator position available in the call centre. The role will report directly to the National Customer Care Manager. Your Responsibilities: Scheduled shifts (Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm) Answering inbound calls from clients, building managers, and trapped passengers Making outbound (warm) calls for job follow-ups and updates Logging and completing work orders received via email or phone Responding to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner Allocating technicians to attend lift breakdowns and emergency callouts (including trapped passengers) Monitoring and prioritising urgent jobs to ensure safety and compliance Liaising with field staff and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination Updating job statuses and notes accurately in the system Providing exceptional customer service in often high-pressure situations Following escalation procedures for critical or unresolved issues Your Skills and Attributes: Show initiative and be proactive Ability to solve problems and decision making Great attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills with impeccable communication, both verbal and written An ability to maintain composure under pressure in a demanding environment Ability to follow customer issues through to resolution Strong organisational skills What we offer you At TK Elevator you will be able to extend your horizon – thanks to flexible working time models, international teams and a wide range of individual training courses.
