About The Role As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be part of the tight‑knit pre‑sales team. This team possesses deep knowledge of our products and collaborates closely with Sales and partner teams to understand customer needs, design impactful solutions, and present them to prospective customers to win their trust and business. You will champion your industry, contribute industry insights and technical expertise, and enable and educate customers and wider MYOB Teams. What You’ll Be Doing Own the pre‑sales engagement of the sales process with sales team and partners to achieve revenue targets. Conduct solution discoveries with prospects to understand problems, process limitations and impact of these challenges. Build impactful solutions that address the needs of prospective customers. Conduct solution presentations/product demos to potential MYOB ERP prospects, both in person and remote. Work with sales and implementation teams to develop solution proposals and implementation approaches. Improve and expand documentation, proposals, ROI models and presentations to showcase our solutions and the value they deliver. Secure technical closure for opportunities, enabling the sales team to progress to commercial negotiations. Collaborate with customers and implementation teams to address potential implementation obstacles and ensure a positive customer experience. Develop collateral and training to help sales teams position end‑to‑end solutions. Stay updated with product roadmaps, development progress and competitor offerings.
