Your New Role Your new role will see you working closely with an experienced Partner and Special Counsels on a broad mix of high‑value and complex property matters. You’ll gain exposure to: Drafting and negotiating leases, variations, consents, and surrenders; Managing commercial acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence; Advising on agribusiness and renewable energy transactions, including wind farm leasing; Supporting settlement and registration processes; Collaborating with corporate teams on divestment and project work. The team offers true variety, you won’t be pigeonholed into one client or task stream. You’ll enjoy hands‑on experience, direct client contact, and strong mentoring within a high‑performing, supportive environment.
