Autosports Group is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our Victoria Finance Team, based at Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking to take the next step in their career within a high-performing and dynamic organisation. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll take full ownership of financial reporting across multiple prestige and luxury automotive brands. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to drive operational efficiencies, improve profitability, and provide meaningful financial insights that support strategic decision-making and ongoing business success. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting and compliance across multiple brands Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Monitor and mitigate financial risks through strong internal controls Timely and accurate manufacturer reporting Preparation of BAS and FBT returns Drive process improvements and efficiency across finance operations Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting long-term talent growth Provide support to the Group Financial Controller What We’re Looking For Tertiary qualification in accounting (essential) CPA or CA qualified Previous experience in an automotive dealership environment Proficient with DMS platform Pentana (essential) Strong analytical and attention to detail skills Advanced Excel skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership abilities and alignment with our business values and culture At Autosports Group, we value contribution, family and consideration.
