This is an amazing opportunity to work with some very recognisable eCommerce brands Please note this role is not leading a team, but you may have a chance to hire a junior in the near future. What you will be doing: ● Client Leadership: Act as the main point of contact for selected Tier 1 and 2 clients across SEO, SEM, Social and CRM, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as an expert across all channel teams, overseeing and coordinating client deliverables, ensuring excellence in execution and communication. ● Thought Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams, ensuring a forward-thinking approach to digital marketing and ecommerce. ● Account Growth & Retention: Build trust with senior client stakeholders, develop long-term relationships, and ensure account renewals are planned with a focus on growth. ● Commercial & Operational Excellence: Manage client budgets, forecasts, and contribution margins, identifying efficiencies to drive profitability. ● Channel Operations & Insights: Be hands-on within platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, reviewing performance data and supporting the channel teams with strategic recommendations. We require: ● 3-6 years of account management experience. ● Expertise in SEO, PPC, and Social Media Advertising (at least two of the three). ● Exceptional communication and presentation skills. ● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights. ● Proven experience project managing multi-channel digital teams. ● Confident communicator with experience in pitching & presenting.
