Role Description This full-time hybrid role is based in Melbourne, VIC, allowing flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Business Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with business clients, delivering tailored financial solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, oversee treasury management activities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will contribute to business growth initiatives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and financial products. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Relationship Management, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Knowledge of Treasury Management and financial strategies. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and deliver a professional experience. Understanding of financial principles with a background in Finance or a related field. Proficiency in analyzing financial data and generating strategic solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
