Competitive salary based on experience + WRP We are currently seeking a Centre Director at SDN Hurstville Preschool to lead a dynamic early learning environment where creativity, growth, and development are at the heart of everything we do. About the role Leading with Purpose – Create and nurture an environment where both children and educators thrive. Managing Day-to-Day Operations – Oversee all aspects of the centre’s daily activities, from staffing to curriculum implementation. Supporting and Developing Your Team – Mentor and motivate educators to bring out their best, fostering a collaborative, positive culture. Ensure High-Quality Education – Implement long day care and pre-school innovative, child-centered programs that meet the needs of every child. Build Strong Relationships – Connect with families and the community, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for all. About you Leadership experience in early childhood education (Centre Director, Assistant Director, or similar roles). A passionate advocate for children’s safety and quality education, with a strong understanding of developmental stages. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
