Highly successful branch with support on hand Excellent remuneration + performance incentives Lead a thriving branch in a growing national network We're looking for a hands‑on, people‑focused Branch Manager to take ownership of a busy distribution and design branch in Malaga. You'll be leading a small, capable team and managing everything from logistics and inventory to customer experience and sales performance. If you're a driven leader who loves improving systems, streamlining operations, and delivering great service - this is the opportunity to step into a high‑impact role within a dynamic, fast‑moving business. What you’ll be doing Oversee all aspects of branch operations - from stock control and logistics to customer service and fulfilment. Lead, coach, and support a small on‑site team to deliver results. Manage inventory in / out, ensuring accuracy, flow, and efficiency in a high‑volume environment. Work closely with key trade and retail customers, maintaining strong relationships and providing technical and commercial support. Drive process improvement and implement better systems (experience with ERP systems a bonus). Manage budgets and performance, contributing to a branch turnover of approximately $8M per year. Be a visible, hands‑on leader who’s comfortable jumping in wherever needed. About you A natural leader who inspires teamwork and accountability. Confident with stock management, customer service, and process improvement. Commercially savvy with solid communication skills and a customer‑first mindset. Practical, open‑minded, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
