About the role You ll join a dedicated Obstetrics & Gynaecology team providing safe, high-quality care across inpatient, outpatient, emergency and birthing services. Working closely with consultants, visiting specialists, midwifery and allied health, you will : Deliver equitable, efficient O&G care to women and newborns. Contribute to service development, clinical governance and quality improvement. Teach and supervise medical students and junior doctors in partnership with the UQ Rural Clinical School. Participate in the on-call roster appropriate to level. What s on offer Total remuneration up to $175,370 p.a. comprising : Up to 12.75 employer superannuation 17.5 annual leave loading Vocational training subsidy (PHO L4 L9 Lower cost of living , great schools, vibrant food scene, national parks and easy access to the Southern Great Barrier Reef (gateway city). Hospital & services 24 / 7 Emergency Medicine; ICU 5 beds); coronary care; O&G; Paediatrics; General, Orthopaedic & Vascular Surgery; Renal Dialysis; Level 2 Special-Care Nursery ; comprehensive Integrated Mental Health Service. Skills & Qualification AHPRA registration current registration Experience suitable for practice at Senior O&G Registrar / PHO level, with competence across common obstetric and gynaecological presentations and emergencies.
