We are expanding our team and looking for Assembly Production workers to join our growing manufacturing facility in Southern Sydney located at Prestons . Full training provided Great team environment with a focus on continuous improvement Work indoors – no exposure to harsh weather in a modern & clean factory Career growth opportunities across multiple roles About the Role As an Assembler , you'll work as part of a team to manufacture high-quality Electrical Switchboards. Reporting to our Factory foreman, your responsibilities may include: Modular Frame assembly – assembling the modular framework with company supplied battery drivers by following our 3D drawings on iPads. Electrical switchgear & busbar – Installing components into the framework (previous experience in this area would be a big advantage). Being fit & healthy is essential as you would be working on your feet with regular lifting of up to 5kg required. Accuracy & attention to detail – we work in millimetres & have a high emphasis on building products with a first class quality in operation & appearance. Safety first – Adhering to all WHS standards Who We're Looking For Energetic and enjoy hands-on work Reliable and team‑oriented Motivated to learn new skills (full training provided) Experienced with hand and power tools (a bonus, but not essential) Passionate about quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident Even if you don't have experience in assembly or production, if you enjoy working with tools and on DIY projects, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
