About the Role Our client, a leading government organisation are seeking an experienced Master Program Scheduler to lead integrated scheduling across its digital sub-portfolio. Reporting to the PMO Lead, you’ll map dependencies, standardise scheduling practices, and ensure digital initiatives align seamlessly with operational, maintenance and capital works activities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring structure, clarity and cadence to portfolio delivery. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a portfolio-wide dependency register. Develop an integrated delivery schedule that aligns digital, operational and capital works. Establish standard scheduling frameworks, templates and governance. Work with leaders across the business to resolve sequencing conflicts. Analyse risks, impacts and constraints to support informed decision-making. Deliver clear reporting: schedule updates, heatmaps and executive briefs. Uplift capability by providing tools, training and guidance to PMO and delivery teams. Skills & Experience Essential Strong background in portfolio/program scheduling within complex, multi‑discipline environments. Expertise in dependency mapping and integrated scheduling across operational and digital initiatives. Advanced capability with tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project or Planisware. Confident communicator able to influence and coordinate across multiple teams. Strong analytical and reporting skills, including visual mapping. Desirable Experience in utilities, shutdown planning or maintenance scheduling. Knowledge of Agile and traditional scheduling integration.
