The Transaction Advisory Group is growing and seeking people to help enhance our positive culture. You’ll deliver Financial Due Diligence outcomes for clients in private equity, infrastructure, and corporate sectors, enjoying variety and meaningful challenges including assessing quality of earnings, analyzing cash flows, reviewing working capital, and identifying key business drivers, in collaboration with senior leaders and advisors. Responsibilities Deliver positive Financial Due Diligence outcomes for clients in private equity, infrastructure, and corporate sectors. Assess quality of earnings, analyse cash flows, review working capital, identify key business drivers, and collaborate with senior leaders and advisors. What You Bring To The Team Experience in M&A Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence (buy side and/or sell side), with time spent in a Big Four environment. CA/CPA qualified or working towards this if you’re early in your career. A positive and entrepreneurial mindset, while being adaptable, collaborative and having the passion to achieve.
