Christie Barbecues is an Australian-owned manufacturer with nearly 60 years of experience designing and producing high-quality barbecues for parks, developments and public and private open spaces. Our products are proudly Australian-made; trusted by councils, architects and developers nationwide and now internationally. We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead operations and drive the next phase of growth and innovation. Reporting to the CEO/Board, you’ll use data and insight to improve performance, strengthen systems, and uncover new opportunities. You’ll work across production, supply chain, sales and finance while mentoring a capable management team and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. You’ll need strong commercial and analytical skills, an understanding of ERP or CRM systems, and a collaborative leadership style.
