You’ll be the designer, storyteller, and guardian of the UpScale brand — the voice, visuals, and stories that inspire thousands of business owners to think bigger and take action. Your mission: expand UpScale’s, Erina Roxx’s and Mitch Van’s message across Podcast, YouTube, Social Media, and live events while protecting what makes us real — no fluff, just results. You’ll turn coaching outcomes, client wins, and our culture into content that educates, inspires, and drives growth. Responsibilities Brand Stewardship & Positioning Protect and evolve UpScale’s identity as the leading brand for trade-business growth. Ensure all creative outputs reflect strength, action, and community — not generic “business coach” vibes. Maintain brand guidelines for tone, visuals, and messaging. Spot and stop any potential brand dilution or off-brand partnerships. Creative Strategy & Roadmap Own a 12-month content roadmap aligned to launches, events, and campaigns. Mix evergreen business-education with fast-moving, trend-driven media. Lead creative direction across video, podcast, social, print, and campaigns. Build playbooks for titles, hooks, thumbnails, and storytelling formats. Systems & Data Use AI tools and automations to increase creative output and consistency. Run quarterly reviews to identify what’s working — and double down. Ensure steady publishing cadence across all platforms with measurable growth. Production & Execution Oversee all production and filming schedules. Give final brand approval on key content (YouTube, podcast, campaigns). Repurpose high-performing content to maximise reach and impact. Collaboration & Leadership Work with marketing, sales, and operations to align creative with business goals. Lead and mentor a growing creative team (video, social, copy, design). Set high standards and maintain accountability through weekly check-ins and clear metrics. Requirements 5+ years in high-level creative direction, brand, or content leadership. Proven record of scaling a brand across multiple platforms. Strong instincts in storytelling, visuals, and copy. Experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects. Fluent in AI tools, analytics, and emerging media trends. Deep understanding of video-first platforms: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Spotify. A balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. Results You’ll Drive UpScale positioned as the #1 business‑coaching brand for trades. A clear, data‑backed creative roadmap that drives leads, authority, and growth. Consistent publishing across all channels with measurable growth in organic leads, engagement, and reach. Media that directly fuels client acquisition and retention (generates actual leads).
