We are looking for a Site Sales Consultant to join our Underwood team
Identify and deliver on sales opportunitiesManage activities that will deliver increased sales to siteDevelop new businesses and/or product linesEnsure they meet KPI's and demonstrate performance with regular progress reports to the Site ManagerHave sound knowledge of Motorserve’s suite of product offeringsBe accountable for site sales reportingImprove site customer satisfaction scoresManage activities that will deliver increased sales to the site through generating customer sales opportunities27th May, 2024
We are looking for a Site Sales Consultant to join our Underwood team
Identify and deliver on sales opportunitiesManage activities that will deliver increased sales to siteDevelop new businesses and/or product linesEnsure they meet KPI's and demonstrate performance with regular progress reports to the Site ManagerHave sound knowledge of Motorserve’s suite of product offeringsBe accountable for site sales reportingImprove site customer satisfaction scoresManage activities that will deliver increased sales to the site through generating customer sales opportunitiesRequirements:EssentialExtensive experience in a customer service environmentBusiness/commercial acumen combined with highly developed business sales skillsStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsA strategic thinker, with high level sales and communication skillsA team player with a can-do attitude and helps to create an effective working environmentMust be able to carry 20kg
DesirableMotor vehicle or car dealership industry experienceNetworking skills, to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationshipsHighly ethical and alignment with Motorserve valuesStrong service, quality, and best practice orientationAbility to manage ambiguity and deliver superior outcomes
