Internal Key Account Consultant We're seeking a driven and passionate professional with experience in the fastener industry and or across industrial supplies and hardware industries. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering sales revenue, acquiring new customers, and contributing to our profitability. Your upbeat and diligent approach, combined with your open and consistent communication style, will make you the ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity. If you're ready to take your sales career to the next level, apply todayThe successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include the following duties:Servicing incoming and outgoing inquiries from customers and prospects by phone email, and the trade counterProviding external sales executives support relating to sales leads, quotes, and ordersBuild and develop customer relationships through strong customer service and a willingness to always exceed expectationsProvide product support with ability to solve basic issues faced by customers and advising customers on product solutionsIdentifying opportunities and produce leads for the sales forceKeep up to date with the latest product developmentsContribute to the continual improvement culture of the companyWho we're seeking:Self-motivated and work well unsupervisedHigh level of enthusiasm, strong negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesHigh levels of integrity and honesty with a commitment to exceptional levels of customer service and supportExcellent attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team environmentExperience in Fasteners, Industrial Supplies and/or Hardware industries will be highly valuedOur company fosters inclusiveness and recognises the people and the important role they play in driving the business operation forward.
