Kotara Specialist Suites is seeking a professional, personable, and experienced Medical Receptionist to become an integral part of our close-knit team in Kotara, NSW. This part‑time position offers the opportunity to contribute to a highly regarded specialist medical practice, supporting clinicians and delivering exceptional service to our patients in a warm and collaborative environment. This position requires a 24 (up to 32) hours per week commitment. What you’ll be doing Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner Handling patient inquiries and booking appointments efficiently Maintaining accurate patient records and communication Assisting with medical billing and processing payments Providing general administrative support to the practice Ensuring the reception area is well‑presented and organised What we’re looking for Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role A minimum of 12 months of medical receptionist experience is preferable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact sensitively with patients Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using medical software and standard office technology Experience with medical software systems will be an advantage.
