Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of engaging, high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Mentor and support educators to plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences Promote a holistic approach to education, incorporating health, fitness, culture, music, language, cooking, and outdoor activities Foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity Provide constructive feedback to educators to promote continuous improvement and a culture of positive change Collaborate with families to ensure each child’s learning journey is supported and enriched Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in early childhood education, leading the team in innovative practices What we are looking for: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively studying towards one. Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate, or willingness to obtain before you start. Current Child Protection Training Certificate, or willingness to obtain. Current Blue Card.
