Educational Leader - Tarneit Place Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten invites you to join our brand new centre as an Educational Leader. Location : Tarneit Melbourne VIC. Full-time role Monday to Friday. About You Diploma qualified or ECT with Provisional or Full VIT Registration Previous experience as an Educational Leader with strong ability to mentor and inspire Confident in leading and motivating a large team Ability to build warm positive relationships with children, families and colleagues Strong understanding of the Regulations and the National Quality Standards Current VIT Registration for teacher candidates Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Handlers Certificate Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Our Values Inspiring and Nurturing – Create environments where every child feels encouraged to explore and grow.
