We are currently seeking Production Workers to join our team on a rotating shift roster. This hands‑on role is ideal for reliable individuals who enjoy practical work, value teamwork, and want a secure career with opportunities to learn and grow. About the Role Day Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Afternoon Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm (15% shift allowance applies) There will also be opportunities to work overtime and weekend shifts, offering additional earning potential. Full training is provided, and successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain experience across multiple extrusion lines and product types. Key Responsibilities Operate plant, mobile equipment, and forklifts safely and efficiently. Pack and strap finished products according to specifications. Monitor product quality and take corrective action when required. Conduct basic line set‑ups, tooling changes, and start‑ups after training. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all WHS procedures. Record quality and production data accurately. Participate in team and safety meetings to support continuous improvement. About You Current forklift licence (essential) Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments (highly desirable). Physically fit and safety‑conscious. Basic literacy and numeracy skills. Reliable, punctual, and willing to work rotating shifts. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
