About the Opportunities We are currently seeking two dedicated Medical Receptionists to join our Windsor team on Permanent Full‑Time and Part‑Time (0.6) bases. The working hours for these positions are between 6 : 00am and 10 : 00pm Monday to Friday, and 7 : 30am and 3 : 30pm on Saturdays. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face‑to‑face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries. Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing. Operate our booking system efficiently. Assist with back‑office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager. About You Flexibility in working hours. Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care. Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service. Adaptability to various databases and systems. Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
