We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to focus on Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Utility‑Scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects across Australia. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to grow market share in C&I and Utility‑Scale segments. Identify and secure new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of projects. Manage relationships with EPCs, developers, utilities, and key stakeholders. Lead commercial negotiations and prepare proposals for large‑scale solar and storage projects. Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in business development or sales within renewable energy, ideally solar PV and BESS. Strong understanding of C&I and utility‑scale project development in the Australian market. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment. Technical knowledge of solar PV systems and battery storage solutions is highly desirable.
