Job Title: Residential Construction Administration Are you a proactive, detail-oriented team player ready to make a real impact? Join a leading local residential builder and play a vital role supporting our Client & Project Coordinator. You’ll manage essential admin, data entry, client communication, and social media—all while contributing to the delivery of beautiful, quality homes Key Responsibilities: Prepare and complete variation documents with accuracy and efficiency Ensure all documents are promptly ready for client sign-off Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to address contract variations and updates promptly Help resolve any contract-related queries or issues efficiently, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders Support the Client & Project Coordinator in monitoring contract deliverables and deadlines to keep projects on track Coordinate social media content and post updates showcasing completed homes Issue Fencing Half Share documents promptly and efficiently Key Skills and Experience: Minimum 2 years administration experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and Canva Construction or building industry experience is a plus but not mandatory Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong business and administrative experience Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM, however we are flexible which days and hours, dependent on the right person and our business needs. Flexible working arrangements are available within the designated hours.
