Your expertise will shape clinical standards and foster continuous improvement. Develop and implement education programs aligned with LHD and MOH requirements Mentor and support nurses to achieve and maintain competency Facilitate bedside teaching using advanced clinical knowledge Collaborate with management and educators to plan and evaluate training Drive quality improvement initiatives and evidence‑based practice How to Apply Apply online by submitting your resume, and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date. Essential Requirements Registration: Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Selection Criteria Demonstrated extensive clinical experience and/or post registration qualification in the relevant speciality and nursing professional development/education. Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change within the context of best practice clinical care and workplace culture. Demonstrated ability to design, implement and evaluate clinical education at the ward level, and provide support and guidance to ensure an appropriately skilled and qualified nursing and midwifery workforce, working within appropriate models of care. Demonstrated effective and high level communication skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills in addition to proven ability to motivate and engage people in the clinical setting. Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous improvement whilst ensuring currency of practice in the relevant specialty. Strong commitment to the on‑going development/enhancement of nursing practice within a patient centred, multi‑disciplinary clinical environment. Relevant computer skills including database programmes and data entry.
