Cube Networks are seeking a highly experienced Level 4 Network Security Engineer or Technical Lead to join our Managed Services division. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our headquarters in Southbank, Melbourne with the opportunity to work flexibly. The successful Network Security Technical Lead will be responsible for leading our MS Network Security team to deliver exceptional customer service, strengthen customer partnerships and optimise operational performance. Experience in enterprise environments is a definite advantage. If you’re a seasoned Level 4 Net Sec Engineer seeking a step into leadership or an experienced team leader able to provide technical guidance to the team and thought leadership to the customer, this role is for you You’ll be working with a dynamic and talented team tasked with responsive, high quality service to our highly valued MS customers, some of Australia’s most exciting organisations to work alongside This role collaborates with key stakeholders on both the customer side and across our engineering team to drive successful outcomes and continuous improvement. Communication skills and confidence in technical knowledge is therefore a key requirement. The ability to think critically with confidence and solve complex problems. Effective management of customer deliverables; ensuring timelines are met, budgets adhered to, CSAT maintained. Participation and contribution in the Innovation Forums, along with the Technical Consultants. Ability to lead team through major incidents effectively (MIM - Major Incident Management). People leadership skills are advantageous. In lieu of experience leadership potential will be considered.
