Position Overview We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new Excel Centre set to open at the end of January 2026 . This beautiful new service will feature four rooms, providing a warm and engaging space for children to learn, grow, and thrive. We are seeking a passionate Certificate III Educator to join this foundation team. This is a hands‑on, on the floor role where you will support your room leader, work as a team and support children’s growth, curiosity, and development. Responsibilities Support educators and Room Leaders in delivering high‑quality programs and practices. Help create fun, stimulating, and safe environments that encourage exploration and discovery. Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and your team. Contribute to the planning and implementation of learning experiences. Champion children’s health, safety, and wellbeing at all times. Be an active team player who brings enthusiasm, care, and creativity to the classroom. Qualifications & Skills Certificate III in Early Childhood Education. Valid Working with Children Check. Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training. Child Protection training/certificate. A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children to thrive. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Competitive pay rates.
