About the Position We are seeking a suitably experienced and qualified SHO or Registrar to join our ICU Team on a Full Time, Part Time or Casual basis. Please indicate your preference in your application. Our state‑of‑the‑art 17‑bed Intensive Care Unit provides care for approximately 1,450 patients per year. While we have a strong cardiovascular surgical focus, we also provide high‑quality care for a variety of other surgical and medical patients. The position description is available when applying and includes more information on the position. About You Full General registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner. Minimum of 3 years post‑graduate practitioner experience. Ability to interact positively and cooperatively within a multidisciplinary environment. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to professional development of self and others. Competency in critical thinking and problem‑solving, with the ability to work in a flexible and collaborative style. Working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and common law practices. Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with other departments within the facility, including building collaborative relationships with Visiting Medical Officers.
