General Manager - Consulting Services | Helping our clients leverage the value of cloud business solutions and data across their organisation Position Purpose: The SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect is responsible for driving the design adoption of a global template rollout within ANZ including design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions at a local ANZ level. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities, enabling efficient finance , controlling, logistics, procurement, service management and sales and marketing operations. The Solution Architect is responsible for the entire (SAP) solution regarding all customer process requirements. The focus is on the integrative aspects of the SAP solution, its alignment with the customer’s IT strategy, and the continuous enhancement of the solution. This position involves serving as the link between the various field consultants in a project and assuming responsibility for the integrative and successful implementation of the core processes of the (SAP) solution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to- end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Solution Architecture activities in ANZ based on a global template. Collaborate with global architects and local stream leads to ensure the local ANZ design is fit for purpose and complies to the global architecture requirements. Provide overarching consulting support in (but not limited to) the following areas: Integration and interfaces to external applications Technical components for printing Technical middleware components Transport Management Collaborate with local development lead in support of WRICEF development. Collaborate with the local test lead to test plan development. Collaborate with client business and I.T. leads. Work closely with local Project Leadership and PMO providing input into planning activities, status reports including timely and accurate updates to key stakeholders. Oversee integration with related modules (Finance and Controlling, Sales and Marketing, Logistics, Procurement and Service Management). Provide thought leadership on best practices and emerging trends in SAP S/4HANA Solution Architecture. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Support training sessions and support change management initiatives. Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field; SAP certifications preferred. Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP Solution Architecture, with at least 2 full‑cycle S/4HANA implementations. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyse complex business processes and propose innovative solutions.
