Identifying recurring issues to drive a permanent solution you will have a strong customer focus to improve the customer / user experience across the teams. If you love influencing product improvements then this could be just what you are looking for. You will be resolving incidents / fulfilling requests and following ITIL good practice of incident and problem management discipline, for managing and reducing production incidents. With good skills in SQL, you will also have a knowledge of API's. Azure DevOps would be a nice to have. You will be working on things like production support, monitoring of production platforms, server patching upgrades and maintenance, triaging data issues, looking into batch processing , addressing failures and much more.
