YOUR ROLE Are you an ambitious, pro‑active individual looking for a role that will allow you to develop your territory and look after a broad customer base? In this external Account Manager role you will call on our reseller customers across NSW, promote our brands, discuss stock requirements, help with ranging and drive growth of our products through their businesses. You will report directly to the National Sales Manager and work primarily on the road visiting our customers’ stores in Canberra, Newcastle and regional NSW. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the sales revenue and margin targets within the allocated territory Responsible for the growth of existing accounts Develop and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers Develop a full understanding of customers’ and prospects’ current products and future needs Manage the call cycle, ensuring regular in‑person visits and complementary remote contact with customers Maintain CRM or relevant system with required customer visits and opportunities ABOUT YOU You’ll have an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to influence and negotiate with our customers, and experience selling products in a reseller/wholesale/distribution environment. You possess organisational and communication skills to interact effectively with all areas of the business, build rapport, and deliver great outcomes. You are a self‑starter, analytical, commercially minded and enjoy visiting customers.
