If so, we are looking for you to join our team We are seeking a fast‑learning, organized, detail‑oriented Program Assistant to support our Inbound programs. Our programs help students learn about different cultures, expand their horizons, and grow as individuals. We send students to countries around the world and also bring in overseas students to experience life in Australia. WEP is committed to providing our students with the best possible experience. Responsibilities Process student applications and paperwork from start to finish. Process host family applications and paperwork from start to finish. Keep records up to date and file paperwork. Provide support to students, host families, and local coordinators. Communicate empathetically with students and their families. Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience. Year 12 or high school education qualification. Eager and willing to learn. Organized and detail‑oriented. Ability to prioritize competing tasks. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to manage time and complete tasks within strict timeframes. Fast learner and comfortable with new computer systems. Prior experience in international education or travel industry preferred. Please note that the position involves daily data entry and record keeping. It’s an exciting industry where every day is different, and as this is a starting position you’ll have the chance to grow with the business. With over 22 years’ experience, WEP is a trusted student exchange organisation running both inbound and outbound programs.
