WHAT WILL YOU DO? Client liaison : Act as the primary point of contact for our Japanese clients, engaging in in-depth discussions regarding program details. Admin Excellence : Handle documents and data accurately for smooth program delivery. Excursion planning and bookings : Organise exciting excursions and ensure all bookings run seamlessly. On-ground client support : Provide on-ground support to Japanese students before and during their stay in Perth, including making necessary adjustments as needed. Team collaboration for program success : Collaborate with the team to ensure the success of our student exchange programs. WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED? Native-level proficiency in spoken and written Japanese, enabling effective communication with our Japanese clients. Business-level proficiency in spoken and written English, facilitating effective communication with our teams and stakeholders. A current Working with Children check. A valid WA driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred. Experience in the tourism industry or Japanese cooperative environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences is preferable.
