We are currently looking for a passionate Full Times Sales Associate to join and support our retail store at Pacific Fair store Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting and engaging with customers. Explain brand vision, product features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchases. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and help stores achieve KPI. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently through POS system. Assist with store presentation, including replenishing, visual merchandising and maintaining cleanliness. Follow company policies, procedures and loss prevention guidelines. Participate in stock management (receiving weekly deliveries, replenishing shelves and cycle counts/stock takes). The Ideal Candidate Will Have Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion and energetic for customer service and retail. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly. Customer service and sales skills (upselling, cross-selling, handling objections). Team player with a positive attitude. Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English, while bi-lingual in Mandarin or Chinese would be a distinct advantage.
