Account Manager

As an Account Manager youll take ownership of one of our biggest clients in DARWIN managing end-to-end recruitment while growing and maintaining key relationships. Youll work closely with candidates and clients alike ensuring a seamless recruitment process and delivering tailored workforce solutions. This role can be based at our Morningside or Brisbane offices with regular travel to the NT for site visits and field staff engagement. To be successful you must be comfortable with frequent travel to our Darwin office and the remote mine sites. Key Responsibilities Manage an existing client account within the mining sector ensuring exceptional service delivery Develop strong partnerships and act as the main point of contact for workforce needs Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing and interviewing to placement and aftercare Identify opportunities to grow your accounts and expand service offerings Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver quality candidates and outcomes What We’re Looking For Previous recruitment experience (mining or heavy industry experience highly regarded) Strong account management skills with the ability to build long-term relationships Excellent communication and negotiation abilities A proactive solutions-focused mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities MUST be willing to travel to Darwin regularly for client visits and field staff engagement Why Join Us Opportunity to work with leading mining companies in the NT Supportive team culture with ongoing training and development Competitive salary package with performance incentives Career progression opportunities in a growing business.
