Global Advertising and Retail Media Power-House seeks Network Director Be among the first 25 applicants. The Network Director is a senior leadership role within the Australia & New Zealand market team, responsible for managing the Retail Network operations, ensuring network uptime, driving data‑driven commercial success and maintaining first‑class service delivery across all clients and partners. The role blends operational governance, financial management, campaign performance oversight, and strategic account leadership. The Network Director ensures revenue growth, system reliability and measurable client outcomes through close collaboration with sales, data and technology teams. Primary Responsibilities 1. Network Operations & Governance Oversee deployment, maintenance and uptime of all network assets across the region. Govern and control the creative and content schedule to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage the operational relationship with suppliers to ensure proactive monitoring and issue resolution. Coordinate with IT and technical vendors to maintain optimal device performance and data flow integrity. 2. Finance / Operations Client Registration: Manage new client onboarding and account setup in the system. Invoice Generation: Ensure timely issuance of invoices in line with contractual scope and delivery milestones. Document Sharing: Distribute all supporting documentation (POs, campaign approvals, reports, etc.) to relevant stakeholders. Financial Governance: Track project costs and campaign margins, ensuring adherence to budget and profitability goals. 3. Operations – Activation Phase Client Activation: Lead operational alignment and technical setup for new clients and campaigns. Content & Reporting: Coordinate content ingestion, scheduling and performance tracking workflows. Support Sales: Partner with the sales team to deliver value-added services and ensure operational readiness for campaign execution. Process Management: Oversee workflow consistency across internal and external teams during campaign onboarding. Plan Future Campaigns: Work closely with clients to plan ongoing campaigns and identify new opportunities. Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly and/or monthly campaign performance reports to internal and external stakeholders. Client Retention: Maintain long‑term client satisfaction through proactive engagement, results analysis, and optimization recommendations. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Align with sales, analytics, and creative teams to ensure successful campaign delivery. 5. Operations – Execution & Delivery Manage Go‑Live: Coordinate campaign launch schedules, ensuring seamless activation across the network. Activation Requirements: Validate readiness of all creative assets, logistics, and technical infrastructure prior to launch. Ongoing Management: Oversee content updates, performance reporting, and billing accuracy post‑launch. Support Sales: Provide backend operational and reporting support to the sales team throughout the campaign lifecycle. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement optimizations to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. 6. Data, Insights & Analytics Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar) for operational visibility and business intelligence. Ensure data accuracy and enforce robust quality control protocols. Present insights to non‑technical audiences clearly and persuasively. Leverage analytics to drive campaign optimization, efficiency, and return on investment. Key Competency Requirements Produce high‑quality client proposals, quotations and presentations. Identify opportunities for screen expansion, store rollouts or cross‑network sales. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine go‑to‑market strategies. Support business planning and budget management with accurate forecasting and reporting. Excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex data and operational details clearly. Strong cultural awareness and ability to foster collaboration across regions and teams. Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and build consensus across internal and partner teams. Regularly host or contribute to team meetings to ensure transparency, alignment, and accountability. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, supported by a data‑driven mindset. Capable of interpreting complex management and financial reports to support decision‑making. Skilled at balancing short‑term deliverables with long‑term strategic growth. Proactive in identifying process gaps, implementing corrective actions, and mitigating operational risks. Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Advanced data visualization and dashboarding skills (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and digital signage management tools. Competent in managing budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting. Mature, proactive, and solutions‑oriented. Comfortable operating in dynamic, high‑pressure environments. Customer‑centric, with strong follow‑through and attention to detail. Demonstrates initiative in product and service innovation. Willing and able to travel frequently within the region. Effective prioritization and time management. Persuasive storytelling across audiences. Acts decisively and independently. Adapts seamlessly to evolving priorities and challenges. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of account, operations, or network management experience within digital media, OOH, retail, or data‑driven marketing. Proven experience managing multi‑national clients and complex commercial projects. Demonstrated success in operational governance, campaign execution, and financial control. Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken); other regional languages advantageous.
