Role Description Position Description: Transformation & Operations Director Reports to: CEO Direct Reports: 2 (+ 2 x Co-Reports with CEO) Employment type: 12 month fixed term contract The Transformation & Operations Director is the CEO’s right hand; a strategic partner, an executional weapon, change leader, and operational driver and someone at the forefront of revenue diversification. This role leads UnLtd’s transformation agenda, ensuring the organisation is future‑fit, financially strong, and operationally excellent across UnLtd and its social enterprise, MOOD. They turn strategy into execution through efficiency, automation, governance, and commercial discipline, ensuring systems, people, and performance are built for scale and sustainability, all in service of maximising impact for young people at risk.
