You will partner with project teams to source skilled resources, ensure compliance with Ventia and client requirements, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and safety. What You’ll Do Coordinate resource allocation across major NBN telco projects. Monitor compliance for subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring adherence to policies, client standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits, maintain accurate records, and implement process improvements. Liaise with stakeholders, including project directors, managers, and subcontractors to meet operational needs. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Need To Be Successful Telecommunications industry experience or large civil construction background. Strong background in compliance management and resource coordination. Ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes across multiple projects. People management experience.
