CAV is seeking an experienced and values-driven executive leader to join our team as the Intake and Therapeutic Services Manager. This key leadership position will oversee therapeutic services, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed responses for people impacted by sexual assault. You will lead a skilled and compassionate team while contributing to the strategic direction and continuous improvement of service delivery across the region. In this role, you will: Provide strategic and clinical leadership to therapeutic staff Oversee intake services to ensure timely, client-centred support Build strong partnerships across the sexual assault and health sectors Promote best practice, staff wellbeing, and professional growth Contribute to organisational innovation and development About You: Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or a related discipline Proven experience in leadership within sexual assault or trauma recovery services Strong capability in supervision, service development, and collaboration Commitment to inclusion, cultural safety, and quality outcomes Join a growing, values-led organisation where your leadership will help shape the next phase of CAV's impact.
