This is a Client Manager role with Olson Bookkeeping, a boutique bookkeeping and business services firm that partners with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and growing companies to keep their finances in order. They are expanding quickly, and they need someone who can step in, manage client relationships, and help keep everything moving smoothly while the team builds for the future. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team of five, each with your own clients but always working together toward the same outcome. Everyone has their own part to play but always supports one another so clients get the best possible result.This isn’t a high-stress, late-night kind of workplace; the focus is on balance, priorities, and doing great work without burnout. They’re looking for someone with solid bookkeeping experience who understands the detail and knows how to manage it well. Confidence with Xero is a must, along with the ability to manage client relationships end-to-end. What matters most is that you love people, building relationships, explaining things clearly, and creating a client experience that feels easy, supportive, and genuinely valuable.
