About the Roles Hourly Rate: $29.57 – $36.41 Deliver high‑quality play‑based learning aligned with the EYLF Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Support documentation, planning, and the educational program Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Bring creativity, professionalism, and initiative to daily practice 2. Casual Educator Casual Hourly Rate: $36.96 – $45.51 Cover shifts across different rooms (6:30am–6:30pm availability preferred) Support routines, transitions, and educators in day‑to‑day tasks Adapt quickly to new environments and build rapport with children Demonstrate reliability, communication skills, and a warm approach Inclusion Support Educator Hourly Rate: $29.57 – $36.41 Providing targeted one‑on‑one or small‑group support for children with diverse developmental and behavioural needs Implementing strategies from ILPs and collaborating with allied health professionals Encouraging participation and fostering children’s confidence and independence Supporting inclusive practices and documentation aligned with the EYLF What You’ll Need for All Roles Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent) Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS Current Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC requirement Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification Strong communication skills, teamwork, and passion for high‑quality early learning For Permanent Roles (FT Educator & PT Inclusion Support Educator) Laundry allowance + annual Uniform allocation Childcare Gap Fee discounts (up to 50%) for permanent staff Access to Busy Bees training platform for continuous skill development Leadership development and growth pathways Employee Assistance Program Global Talent Exchange Program Supportive team culture and national professional network Why Join Busy Bees at Belmont?
