Base pay range A$1,000.00/daily - A$1,150.00/daily IT Consulting working with a Federal Government Client. Must be an Australian Citizen to apply. Requirements Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules. Create and configure workflows, business rules, script includes, UI policies, client scripts, and other platform components. Perform regular platform upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and security. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform. Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party tools and systems using APIs, web services, and other integration methods. Develop and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials. Solid understanding of ITIL best practices. Preferred candidates with background in Discovery (both horizontal and top‑down) and Service Mapping. Understanding of network, infrastructure, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid environments. Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting would be ideal. Proven experience in working with ServiceNow (Developer, Consultant, or Administrator roles) and expertise in ServiceNow scripting. Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and other integration techniques. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping), HAM/SAM is highly preferred. Solid understanding of ITIL best practices and experience working with Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, communication, and client‑facing skills.
