Dripstone Children's Centre is a non‑for‑profit community run exceeding service, with exceptional grounds based in the Northern suburbs of Brinkin, upon Larrakia Land. If you’re a leader who thrives on creativity, collaboration and heart‑led pedagogy, this is your place About the Role Ignite inspiring learning by guiding the development of a high‑quality, play‑based curriculum aligned with EYLF V2.0 and the NQF. Mentor, coach and empower educators, supporting reflective practice, curiosity and innovation. Champion child safety, wellbeing and inclusion, ensuring every child feels seen, heard and valued. Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families and the community. Lead documentation, assessment, curriculum decisions and the full planning cycle. Drive ongoing quality improvement, support trainees, oversee student placements and coordinate centre incursions. Embody and promote the heart of our curriculum— the Dripstone Way. About You Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or Diploma (ACECQA approved). 3+ years’ experience in Early Childhood leadership (or 5+ years in the sector). Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection Training and Working With Children Check. Strong knowledge of EYLF V2.0, NQF and National Law & Regulations.
