We offer this same approach to our team members.As Account Director you will be responsible for:Independently running a key client patch which includes a number of household brands & category leading products.Stakeholder management – this role will be the key contact for a number of client stakeholders at different levels, as well as other agency partners.Running end-to-end campaign activity (planning, execution, monitoring, optimising and reporting) to achieve client goals.Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with all relevant media partners including liaising with publishers to set up and implement campaigns.Evaluating media proposals against briefs and negotiating to maximise inclusions and value for the client.Actively exploring the media landscape and evaluating new offerings.Working with the team to coordinate the delivery of creative (with both internal and external agencies/clients) to ensure accurate and timely uploads for campaigns.Working with the team to assist clients in setting up performance tracking for campaigns including generating tags or passing on publisher tags for implementation.Understanding current and future industry insights and trends.

What you will need to be successful in this role:A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising or media, ideally from tier 1 or independent agency.Experience managing multiple stakeholders across different levels.Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.Comprehensive understanding of the traditional and digital media and marketing landscape.Experience with digital platforms, including social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok), programmatic and video/display.Experience working with direct publishers – traditional and digital.A passion for data analysis, deriving insights, and generating recommendations to enhance performance.Strong communication skills and the ability to oversee workflow processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Open to Australian residents only.Your application will include the following questions:
