About This Opportunity As the Building Maintenance Project Officer, you will: Oversee and coordinate building maintenance projects across council assets Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance team Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills Relevant qualifications in building maintenance, construction, or project management Demonstrated experience managing building projects Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Knowledge of local government processes is desirable Why Work for Mackay Regional Council?
