Actively seek to develop your knowledge and techniques to align with philosophy of care and concentrate your efforts on providing high quality skill and expertise for clients. Enthusiastically participate in activities to improve your client caseload and contribute to the overall learning and development of other team members, always acting in the best interests of the organisation. Performance bonuses available, aligned with your impact and alignment with clinic values. Generous bonuses are calculated quarterly and apply once minimum daily impact hours (approximately 51% of your paid hours depending on salary) are exceeded. Professional Development Allowance – A $1000 allowance for registration fees plus paid time to attend is available. Additional funding is available on a dollar-for-dollar basis. Flexible caseloads tailored to your interests through our ‘Streams of Excellence’ – you choose the areas you’re passionate about, and we support you with PD and resources. Full admin support –Client Experience Officers take care of bookings, billing, and logistics, so you can focus on what you do best. Access to Allied Health Assistants –AHAs can assist you with therapy programs, resource development, and the presentation of clinical reports. An Everbility subscription – (AI software) to generate clinical notes and to write clinical reports. Access to Allie – Allied Health software that enables you to monitor your own rewards data, document and track your career goals, and easily access resources that you might need for clinical or administrative purposes. Collaborative team culture – joint sessions and daily clinical support from a tight-knit, multidisciplinary paediatric team.
