Salesforce Administrators

Overview Australian Citizens residing in Australia with Baseline Clearance only respond. NV1 clearance is required; NV1 in progress considered. Those who are baseline cleared contact to pursue NV1. There are 3 roles onsite in Canberra and 3 roles offsite with occasional visit to Canberra office. Responsibilities Configure Salesforce: build/modify custom objects, flows, permission sets, sharing and other configuration and settings. Create and manage reports and dashboards. Data management: strong proficiency with Data Loader and related data management tasks. Track and troubleshoot errors; provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bugs and enhancements. User management; deploy configuration across environments. Perform BAU activities and monitor the Salesforce environment; work with large and complex enterprise data structures; migrate data to the Salesforce platform. Engage with business areas to understand processes, data, and requirements; gather requirements. Work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment; manage process updates and liaise with the client for improvements, enhancements, and alignment to customer processes for Change Management and Release Management. Communicate with a wide range of stakeholders verbally and in writing; work with vendors and internal stakeholders. Apply ITIL IT service transition knowledge; maintain continual prioritised improvement aligned with client objectives. Travel: interstate candidates must be able to travel for face-to-face monthly meetings in Canberra (or as required) at their own cost. Essential criteria Demonstrated experience in Salesforce configuration; ability to build/modify custom Objects, Flows, Permission sets, sharing and other related configuration and settings. Experience in creating Reports and Dashboards. Strong proficiency in using Data Loader and data management abilities. Experience in tracking and troubleshooting errors; user management; deploying configuration across environments. Experience in providing technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bugs and enhancements. Experience performing BAU activities and monitoring the Salesforce environment; working with large and complex enterprise data structures; migrating data to Salesforce. Engaging with business areas to understand processes, data, and requirements gathering. Ability to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment; manage process updates and liaise with the client for improvements and alignment to customer processes for Change Management and Release Management. Ability to communicate with stakeholders of varying abilities both verbally and in writing; work with vendors and internal stakeholders. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality; IT service transition knowledge; ITIL. Maintain NV1 security clearance recognised by DFAT; interstate travel as noted above. Mandatory Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification; Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder; Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
