About The Role We are looking for experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants. Work in diverse settings; from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres Utilise assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends) Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, using positive behaviour support framework Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub; share stories of impact, coffee and laughs Tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor Who We Are Looking For To work as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and relevant registration.
