The Opportunity - Help build places people love to live Join our Retail Town Centres Team and implement creative and engaging customer experiences that support our Essential centres' market strategy and plans. To be successful in the role you will also partner with local retailers and the community to drive opportunities within the centre through integrated marketing campaigns, community connection initiatives, and retailer support programs. This role is based at our Stockland Point Cook centre in Victoria and is a 16-month contract. What you'll do Engage with local retailers and integrate them into key marketing campaigns. Successfully implement marketing campaigns and events. Drive the presentation of the centre, including visual merchandising, hoarding, and signage treatments. Network locally to identify sponsorship and participation opportunities. Assist in identifying key stakeholders within the region and develop a communication schedule to ensure regular contact. Engage relevant local groups and committees. Contribute to the integration of CR&S initiatives and relationships through the marketing mix and program. Implement community relations programs, events, and sponsorships. Create and upload content across social and digital channels. About You You’re a natural connector with a flair for marketing and a genuine interest in community engagement. You bring creativity, energy, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do. You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. Experience & Skills That Count Customer‑focused mindset with marketing knowledge and expertise gained through formal qualifications. Experience in shopping centres, retail, events management, or community‑based services with a strong marketing focus. Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work well under pressure and meet agreed deadlines. A genuine brand advocate with the ability to create strong stakeholder relationships.
