Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (Sydney for some remote options). Salary: A$90,000.00 – A$110,000.00 per year. What You'll Be Doing Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects and campaigns, from briefing to launch in partnership with Client Services. Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, timelines, and budgets. Organise all project artefacts and assets. Confidently run meetings such as kick‑offs, stand‑ups and reviews. Follow‑up meetings with clear next steps, task lists, prioritise tasks and gather requirements as needed. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and scope. Maintain a keen focus on quality assurance, conducting QA with the internal team. Proactively think of ways to improve and streamline team communication, developing processes that lead to more effective collaboration. What You Can Bring 3+ years’ experience in digital production, project management or a similar role. Preferable prior experience at a digital agency, or a fast‑paced working environment. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Workbook. Skilled in scoping, estimating and managing project budgets. Knowledge in managing and booking studio resources.
